Spring Half/Full Marathon Training

How I work

I specialize in long term athletic development and problem solving. To put it simply, I take where you are right now and develop a plan to get you to your optimal performance level to achieve your goals. If you've plateaued, or can't get past an injury or chronic pain then come see me and we'll do our best to move you forward. I provide in person and online training, or use a combination of the two depending on what we are training you for. Consultations are free, just reach out to me via the contact form at the bottom of the page and we'll set up a phone call or meet up in person if you're local.

Services

Training is a process and the best plans produce the best results. I've spent the last 20 plus years developing high quality process driven programs that are designed to develop your athleticism step by step. I offer speed and conditioning work for football, soccer and other ball sport athletes. I have summer and winter programs for high school and collegiate cross-country and track athletes (sprints and distance). For adults I provide training for 5k through ultra distance events. I use strength training and the Pilates work to help develop stability, posture, power and strength. I also have the ability to do a lot of problem solving and therapeutic work for those suffering from "over-use" injuries, chronic pain and other issues.
