Training Options
There are a few ways to train with me. I offer both online and in person training, or you can do a combination of the two. Online training is for anyone who wants a weekly training plan. All of my online training goes through Team RunRun (an online coaching platform), and is provided via the Final Surge app. For people local to me in the Austin, Buda, Kyle area I do offer in-person group and one-on-one training sessions. I include group sessions as part of the package for anyone who signs up with my monthly online coaching service. One-on-one sessions can be purchased in separate packages. Contact me to set up a free consultation which we can do over the phone, zoom or in person.

Online Coaching with Team RunRun
$130/month
Team RunRun is an online platform I provide coaching services through. Most of the athletes I coach go through this service. The fee is auto-billed monthly and I do include group run sessions as part of this package. This option is for anyone who wants a full weekly training plan and is looking for a long term coaching option, which can be as little as a few months, or several years. Final Surge lets me monitor your training on a daily basis, give regular feedback and create a personalized training plan for you. You'll get dialed in pace and heart rate zones, supplemental workout videos for core, stretching and strength and help planning your short/long term goals and race schedules. I try to keep regular contact with my TRR athletes via the Final Surge app, text, and emails and periodic touch base phone calls and/or meet-ups. The coach/athlete relationship is a unique one and I make sure to put in the time to develop that in order to help you get the most out of your experience.

Personal Training Sessions
$65-$85 per session
I do provide one-on-one training sessions and workouts in Austin and Buda. I use these sessions for a variety of purposes; strength training, Pilates and track workouts. We'll start with some basic assessments, which I normally begin during the consultation, and develop a plan from there. I offer strength training and Pilates out of my home in Buda.
-
Pilates- I recommend Pilates for a lot of people. It's great for building core strength, posture, and stability, as well as mobility. Pilates is very strength based and has great therapeutic quality as well. It's an excellent modality for recovery, especially for athletes that do a lot of repetitive motion. It's also excellent for bridging the gap from physical therapy back to regular training activities, and really teaches athletes how to focus on quality of movement. Those that take advantage of it will find themselves feeling stronger, more stable and more powerful in all of their movement.
-
Strength Training- I provide sport specific strength work for athletes. I can periodize it with your training plan and make sure it accomplishes what it needs to. For most athletes, your strength training needs to be efficient and effective. My general philosophy is teach you how to execute exercises properly with good form so that you feel confident when doing these workouts on your own. I will take you through a progression and show you how to implement strength work at different phases of your training throughout the year.
-
Workouts- I am available for one-on-one sessions at the track. For most people, group sessions will be all you need, but for those that feel like they need some more individualized attention we can do that too. I often use these sessions to help people work through mechanical issues and other individual needs.
Group Runs
Group training is a great way to have fun and improve your fitness. The first workout is always free to try. Two options after that, sign up with my monthly coaching service or purchase a 10 sessions for $150. Contact me for details.
